I am in the street every single day talking to sellers, buyers and everybody in between, and like no other time, averybody agrees that this is the time to buy.
I've heard some real estate investors that are waiting for the rigth moment to buy. I have some news for them. Thay are too late already. If you are not buying today, you will buy when the prices rise, period.
We are receiving five, even ten offers per house, and all of them are cash, closing in two weeks. Last time that happened? early 2005. Remember the days of "you should offer 10k more than the asking price so you get the contract signed"??? HELLOOOOOO
